We currently offer two flagship products: Homemade Panjeeri and Date & Nuts Energy Balls — both made fresh in small batches with no artificial preservatives or additives.
Yes. Every Nourish Spoon product is made exclusively from natural ingredients. We use no artificial preservatives, no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, and no refined sugar. What you see on the ingredient list is exactly what goes in the jar.
All Nourish Spoon products are handcrafted in Sargodha, Pakistan, in small batches to ensure freshness and consistent quality. We prepare each batch with care using food-safe equipment and seal in food-grade airtight packaging.
Product Questions
Ingredients, shelf life, allergens, and suitability.
Our products contain no refined sugar and are naturally sweetened with premium dates. However, dates do contain natural sugars (approximately 25g per 100g). We recommend consulting your healthcare professional before consuming if you have diabetes or are managing blood sugar levels.
Unopened jars have a shelf life of up to 6 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend consuming the product within 6 months to ensure optimal freshness, taste, and nutritional quality. Always keep the jar tightly sealed after opening.
Panjeeri has traditionally been consumed by new and nursing mothers as a source of nourishment and energy during postpartum recovery. However, as with any dietary change during pregnancy or postpartum, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional if you have specific dietary or medical concerns.
Yes! Both our Panjeeri and Energy Balls are suitable for children as a nutritious snack. They contain whole nuts and seeds, so please be mindful of any nut allergies. For very young children, please consult your pediatrician regarding appropriate portion sizes and introduction of nuts.
Both products contain tree nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews) and sesame seeds (Energy Balls). They also contain desi ghee (dairy). Panjeeri contains semolina (gluten). Please review the full ingredient list on each product page if you have known allergies.

Tell us which product(s) you'd like, the size (250g or 500g), and your delivery address. We'll confirm your order and arrange delivery. Both our Panjeeri and Date & Nuts Energy Balls are available in 250g and 500g jars. The 500g jar offers better value for regular consumption or gifting.

We accept advance payments via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. Yes! We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Orders to other cities, including Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and more, are delivered within 2-3 business days via TCS Courier Service. All products are sealed in food-grade airtight jars. For delivery, jars are carefully wrapped in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Gift orders receive additional decorative packaging upon request.
